Credit card orders issued by the card holder only will be accepted. Payment security is guaranteed by Paypal and the transaction takes place directly on a protected area of their site even if you do not have a Paypal account.
For greater guarantee and security of the Customer, at no time during the purchase procedure Forbikes is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the Paypal site that manages the transaction. No computer archive of Forbikes srl will store such data. In no case can Forbikes srl therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, at the time of payment for purchased products.
2) Advance Bank Transfer
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the items ordered by the customer will be retained until receipt of proof of the transfer, to be sent to Forbikes via email (commerciale@forbikes.it) no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of sending the order confirmation email.
For bank transfers from abroad, any bank charges are always paid by the person making the transfer and never by the recipient (Forbikes).
The shipment of the ordered goods will take place only upon actual crediting of the amount due, which must occur within 10 (ten) working days from the date of acceptance of the order. After these deadlines, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number, order date, name and surname of the customer who placed the order.

3) Mark
A charge of 5.00 euros (including VAT) for the cash on delivery service must be added to the total amount of the goods; the balance of the order must be paid directly to the driver before collecting the goods. The courier will only accept cash up to a maximum amount of 1,550.00 euros. Payments with bank or cashier's checks will not be accepted.
4) Paypal
By choosing PayPal as the payment type, the Customer will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where the email address and password will be requested to make the payment.
In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by Forbikes, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
