Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, by contacting Forbikes SRL , via Agnoletti 4 F/G, 42124 Reggio Emilia (RE), FAX 0522/238020, email: commerciale@forbikes.it of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). For this purpose, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory, which you can find at the following link .

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please return the goods to Forbikes SRL , via Agnoletti 4 F/G 42124 Reggio Emilia (RE), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Forbikes SRL undertakes to replace defective or damaged items during transport. For this last case it will be necessary to sign the courier receipt with 'subject to verification'.

Forbikes SRL declines all responsibility for damages caused to third parties and/or to parts complementary to the goods supplied, damages resulting from the assembly/disassembly operations of the same.
It is understood that no reimbursement will be made for any expenses relating to labor for assembly, processing or other (technical downtime, etc.).

Once the return request has been received, customer service will quickly contact the customer to inform them of the methods for returning the goods.
The customer must promptly ship the goods, in any case no later than 14 days, taking care to carefully package the goods, where possible by placing them in an external box, avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tape, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact in the original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories, including any guarantees, instructions, licenses, cables, etc.

Shipping costs and responsibility for the goods during the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer : it is therefore advisable to insure the products during shipment with the chosen courier. In the event of damage during transport occurring during the return, the Supplier will communicate the same to the Customer within five working days of receiving the goods, allowing him to file a complaint with the courier used for transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the request for withdrawal will be simultaneously cancelled.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged, the Supplier will withhold a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 25% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited if the products are returned:

· damaged (for reasons other than transport)

· Incomplete, that is, missing parts, accessories and components including instruction manuals, user licenses, warranties, etc.
