The kickstand support shoes attach to the underside of the side stand, widening the footprint of the original stand by up to 100%, significantly distributing the load on it, to prevent the stand from ‘piercing’ the ground. Despite the widening, the shoe does not affect ground clearance or interfere with chain travel during normal riding.
